As a certified Pilates instructor, I endeavor to help clients of all abilities achieve positive change through movement. Clients will enjoy an improvement in strength, flexibility, alignment, and proprioception that can aid in weight loss, pain management, and rehabilitation from injury. My dance background and love for fitness provides clients with a unique perspective on the traditional Pilates method.
Training with a group is a fun and affordable way to retain all the benefits of Pilates. Group classes are available in person to South Florida residents and virtually to clients nationwide.
Private sessions mean a one-on-one, personalized experience that will help clients target their specific goals and see results sooner. Private training can be done with or without equipment and is also available virtually to clients nationwide.
